Crafty’s Creepy Castle is “the spookiest Trick or Treat show ever” aimed at 2-7-year-olds with its mix of hilarious adventures and classic sing-along songs. Join Crafty the Crow and his friends as they try to find out what haunted happenings are making things go bump in the night. From the team behind Marty MacDonald’s Farm and The Santa Shows, Crafty’s Creepy Castle will also include a special meet and greet with Crafty after the show where the little ones will receive a special Trick Or Treat present, so Hallowe’en costumes are encouraged (Sun 22 Oct, 1 pm & 3.30pm).

Bookstory is the story of some books, in a library. But this is no ordinary library, it’s a wonderful, magical place where the books like to flutter their pages and let their shelves go. The latest show from Monstro Theatre, Pioneers of the Puppet Musical, Bookstory is a blend of puppetry, dynamic performance, and song, suitable for ages 5+ (Tue 24 Oct, 3 pm).

Stick Man is the new show from Scamp Theatre, a touching, funny and utterly original adaptation of Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler’s popular children’s book. This award-winning production from the team behind Tiddler and other Terrific Tales and The Scarecrows’ Wedding features a trio of top actors and is packed full of puppetry, songs, live music and funky moves (Thu 26 – Fri 27 Oct, 4 performances, all with limited seats remaining).

Tickets for all of these shows are available from the Box Office on 01284 769505 or www.theatreroyal.org
